ok. ok. ok. Does anybody feel hyper-qualified for a role...is proud of their resume because you have directly aligned experiences and skills with impressive results...but nothing is fucking working?? Not even interviews. I dont understand. I'm tailoring my resumes with AI using keywords that AI may tag. I'm using my referral networks. I'm DM'ing recruits and hiring managers on LinkedIn. I even hand dropped my resume at a front desk lol.
