I’m really struggling with the job search lately. The market is rough, interviews are rare, and the few I do get seem to end in complete silence.
I had an interview over a month ago. It went well, solid conversation, good vibes — and then nothing. I followed up, got told the team was busy with events, reached out again… still no response. At this point I’m not even expecting a “yes,” I’d just appreciate a simple update so I’m not stuck in limbo.
It’s incredibly frustrating and honestly pretty depressing. I know it’s not personal, but the lack of communication takes a toll when you’re already dealing with a tough market.
Just needed to vent and see if anyone else is going through the same thing. How are you all keeping your morale up?
