So I got fired today, because someone under me didn't do their job.
So long story short, I worked in a Theme park as a supervisor in a skyride attraction. Today while doing the opening procedures an ambassador under my team was supposed to be on platform at the mid point and this person decided to stay in the break room after being instructed to assume his position. I did not know this and started the cable without him in position. He was found out, but because it was a safety issue all around I was also termed. It sucks and now all I want to do is jump in a lake.
