I’m 17 with no prior job experience and I’ve applied almost everywhere and it’s all entry level jobs, I’ve been doing this since March and I’ve gotten like maybe 30 something interviews, I’m literally available 24/7 since I do online school, i can drive, I dress business casual, I smile, I speak clearly, I literally do everything I could do to get hired and all this for a restaurant/fast food job and they always say “we’ll call you” and I never ever ever hear stuff back, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong this is so frustrating and I really do need a job, what could I be doing wrong to the point where they won’t even hire me as a dishwasher ??
