hi guys, need some advice…
im currently in a contract based job, in a non-patient facing role in a hospital. i put in my 2 weeks notice just a month in, as after i joined, i realised this place is so screwed up in terms of work culture (many work politics, FTs overworked, etc.)
the seniors here treat me like im a speck of dirt in their eyes, and i think its because they think im incompetent. i mean i literally am, my pay translates to that and ive never done this before. this is just a part time thing i took while waiting for further studies in a few months, so they know the things i can or cannot do.
i notice now, that the turnover rate here is very high, and i got some “insider info” that it is due to the poor work culture and the amount of workload here. on top of seeing job portals for constant repeating roles being posted, how else can i tell that this is a company i want to avoid?
