A month into a new job and I hate it, advice?

I took this job due to despite of getting a job after unemployed for 6 months with 0 interested of the company and its industry. It is a small company with 5 people at the time I joined a month ago. The first red flag happened on day one when I found out that 3 people were already planning to leave. Two of them ended up leaving within my first two weeks (one worked there for 7 years, and the other literally started only 2 weeks before me). The last one is leaving in April, and they already hired someone to replace him who also just started about a month ago. The second red flag is that this role was apparently meant for 2 people because of the workload. Since both of them left, I’m now the only person doing this job with basically no training.

Since I only been here a month, I'm still somewhat miserable at the job because I'm still relatively new. However, on Friday, the manager told me in 2 weeks, he will be on business trip for almost a month and he wants me to oversees the company when he is away..... while only being in the company for 1 MONTH? Like how does that even makes any sense? At this point at most, I only know about 30-40% of how the company function and he expected me to oversee the whole company with no proper training? ???

Another problem that I will be facing is that as I continue to apply to job nonstop, It will makes me much harder to "take off" for interview while he is away since I'm also became the only keyholder for the company. So if I takeoff, coming in late, the 2 other people will not have access to the doors.

What should I do??
