I just hit 5 years at my company. The longest I've stayed at a company to be honest. I usually job hop, but given the job market it's been hard. I haven't had a pay raise or cost of living raise in 2 years.
This year, we are changing health insurance and it will cost me so much based on my medical conditions, doctors, and prescriptions I take. I'm looking at an increase of about $5,000 to $7,000 in my out of pocket expenses over the year.
