26F feeling stuck career-wise. Looking for job ideas outside the usual paths.

I am trying to figure out what direction to go career-wise. I feel like I keep ending up in the same types of roles and burning out. Right now I work as an executive assistant / systems admin for a state agency. Before that I was an office manager for a construction company, a medical recruiter, a sales manager at a car dealership, and I’ve bartended for years. The pattern I’m noticing is I always end up being the person organizing everything and solving everyone else’s problems. I’m good at it, but I get tired of being the “glue” for everyone. I think I’d do better in something where I have clear responsibilities, can work somewhat independently, and maybe solve problems or coordinate things without managing people. I don’t have a degree (some college), but I’m open to training or learning something new if it leads somewhere stable.Has anyone been in a similar spot and found a job or industry they didn’t even know existed? I feel like job boards just keep showing me the same things over and over.

Would appreciate any ideas.
